How to request a Remote Support Call

• Simply Call us on +353 089 963 6754 from the safety of your own home our business, we can arrange with you to schedule a suitable time to connect to your computer remotely with your permission.

• For small business owners we offer remote support outside of normal working ours included within the maintenance agreement. .

• Outside of a service agreement, a remote call requires an initial payment of €55, call or email us for details.

• The intial Remote call includes analysis to determine the fault and the first 30mins of the repair. Therefore only active maintenance is charged for, 30mins can in fact often resolve the concern or issue.
